| "I acquired an Eagle Guardian warranty in April of this year after canceling my HD 5 year extended warranty on my 2021 HD Tri Glide due to your reputation of covering Harley's and aftermarket products on motorcycles. I did not expect to test the warranty coverage 4 months later for a catastrophic rear-end failure though! A call from my dealer (HD of Scottsdale) to you and minutes later the Service Person had an authorization to do the work. When disassembling the rear end parts, they found more extensive damage (which I fully expected) caused by a failed bearing and again placed a call sending pictures to verify. Again, full authorization came to complete the work. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to you for making this process easy and without any "strings" attached! Being a mechanic in my past (Dairy farm and Heavy Construction), I understand quite well how machinery, engines, and drive trains operate and to see what I saw was quite alarming to say the least. Having to try to deal with warranty's in the past has been a battle at times, but your company made this very easy on me, the owner Thank you so much for being who you say you are and doing what you do!"
