First off, the repair service handled all negotiations. That took a load off of me. RV Guy inspected the need for a new Rear Air Conditioner, alerted USWC, purchased the exact unit and installed it on the same day they received it. I did not hear from USWC until the claim was settled. However, when the Adjuster phoned me, he explained why all of the claim could not be reimbursed and gave me specifics so I understood. I was impressed with that and I thank him. It gave me a much better feeling about my extended warranty. When I was first talking with Alex, my first impulse was to complain about them not covering everything…BUT, Alex was great! He took the time to explain what he was able to do and why! It all made sense and such a difference in the outcome of how I felt! You have a great person in that position!
